excellent holiday albufeira

Stay near falesia beach, absolutely excellent. It's good sand and good for swimming, there's a lifeguard and cafe. If you want to walk the whole length  of it, it could take all night though. Albufeira is a great town. I've been there 4 times already - good nightlife especialyl on the strip, good choice of accomodation and plenty of restaurants. Good thing is the restaurants serve a huge mix, from chips and stuff to fish you choose yourself. Already looking forward to my next holiday in Albufeira.

lively!

Very lively resort. If you're staying at the Strip that is. Millions of bars, temperature was perfect, loads of cocktails and people watching. If you need a night off the old town is nice, good restaurants and more family orientated.

Something for everyone
It's a town of two halves - there's definitely a busy nightlife on one side, but my wife and I stayed in the quieter part of town which was lovely. Taking a dip at the beach every day, strolling in the town, some lovely seafood restaurants. Albufeira is a lovely town, with a lively atmosphere.
