Excellent Service
The Isla Bonita Hotel in Las Americas, Tenerife was perfectly adequate for our 8 day stay. The ONLY real negative was the evening entertainment...POOR. The staff were all very helpful and mostly cheery. We had booked a "Superior" room with a pool view and that is what we got. The hotel could probably do with a bit of TLC. Check in was laborious but got there in the end. Signage was a bit hit and miss (Mostly Miss).. All in all good value for money.
