Hi Vicky, Just to say thanks so much for your help when booking our holiday.  Customer service was fab.

Just wanted to say that I spoke to two different agents, Mary and Soso and they were so friendly and really helpful. I just wanted to just flag this, as it's not often I speak with some one so cheerful and helpful in a call Centre. I would book again with purple travel as the past few times the service has been excellent. If that can be passed onto the that would be good.
