I am contacting you to say how much my wife and I enjoyed our recent holiday in Portugal. The hotel (Pinhal do Sol, Quarteira) was well run, clean and provided a pleasant room in a low rise building overlooking semi-open countryside, with a lovely swimming pool outside the French windows. Breakfasts were buffet style and catered for all tastes. The holiday represented excellent value for money. We found your company most pleasant, courteous and efficient in all our dealings, and will look for your name again!

Thanks to Ryan for making my booking smooth and stress free. He was calm, polite and professional and patient as I did call him a few times. As for purple travel even when you call after a space of a few hours the price does not change unlike lowcostholidays. Their prices even change (increase) in the middle of booking!!!.

My partner and I just booked a holiday to Amsterdam with Purple Travel and our holiday agent, Bill, was extremely helpful and friendly. He went to great lengths to ensure we got the best deal possible for the lowest price and his customer service skills were impeccable. We will certainly be booking through Purple Travel again and hopefully able to do it via Bill. Top marks. :)
