Just about to off on our holiday and I wanted to provide you with some feedback.The service we received from Gary was amazing, we searched the internet for three days and really had trouble finding what we wanted. Gary took the bull by the horn and found us the exact holiday and location we were looking for. Now that is what I call service, well done Gary and thank you.

Gary one of the sales team was very helpful in trying to find other dates for us but in the end we stuck with the original dates. Please forward this email to Gary’s manager as he was so helpful, ringing me at work when he said he would to confirm our dates and the possible changes we wanted to make, which made booking our holiday far less stressful than could have been. We had a great holiday thanks as before everything went according to our booking straight forward no problems Vilamoura lovely and people there very friendly. Only downside was our apartments could do with updating bit tired and the pool wasnt open because of repairs but we didnt let that spoil our enjoyment because we only used the apartment as a base which enabled us to meet lots of different people and the residents of vilamoura which we probably wudnt have done if we had been about the apartments pool all day. We will be in touch very soon as we have fallen in love with portugal. thanks so much for your help and assistance. Joyce

I have found your staff most helpful. Namely a young lady named Christy who did all she could when I initially booked this holiday. However, I would like to mention a lady called Rachel on the customer services team. What an extremely helpful and professional person she is. She couldn't have been more accommodating to my requests. She really put my mind at rest. I must say she is a trememndous asset to Purple Travel and you are more than fortunate to have her in your employ. Could you kindly convey my utmost and sincere thanks to Rachel.

Vicky was fantastic! She helped with all my questions and found us a lot of hotels Which met our requirements. Will defo use purple travel again and I've recommended Vicky to my friends and clients.

This is just to say got back on Friday after a glorious holiday in Palma Nova. Weather was fantastic, hotel staff were really friendly, rooms had just been re-furnished, so like brand new. Hotel smaller than what we are used to but as the hotel had only re opened the day we arrived it wasn't over crowded. Nice town but quiet as Mallorca just getting the holiday season going. I'm sure in a few weeks it will be very busy. But what can I say we loved it and won't hesitate to look at other holidays with purple travel this year etc. many thanks to Elena for booking it for us.

My husband and I had an amazing holiday in Cuba at the Melia Cayo Guillermo to celebrate our Ruby Wedding. Everything about the holiday was just fantastic. I would like to thank Stella in particular, for all she did for us in arranging everything from car parking to an overnight stay in Manchester etc.  Nothing was a bother and her service was first class.
