First of all thank you for making the booking our holiday such an easy process, Elena was easy to talk to & talked me thru it all. With all of the excitement of booking & paying, my sister & my, holiday neither of us can remember if i said I'd have my wheelchair with me. 

We are so looking forward to our holiday as we’ve never been to Fuerteventura before, but we know people who have & they recommended It & your company. Roll on March 2014!

Arrived on time at the airport, used speedy boarding to check in and get on the plane first, smoothly through airport in Egypt and taxi was there waiting. Hotel was lovely. Just wanted to say that we have recently returned from an amazing family holiday in Turkey, IC Green Palace Hotel in Lara Beach organised by caroline from Purple travel. Would like to thank her for her patience in finding us the perfect holiday with quite an awkward criteria. Everything worked like a dream, transfers, hotel, connecting rooms. I have just called the office to thank Natasha for sorting out a wonderful holiday for myself and my family.  Unfortunately I didn't get to speak to Natasha but a very  nice colleague (Teri) told me I could write to you so you could pass on my thanks.
 
I had a very short window of opportunity to book a last minute holiday and was really despairing.  I had spent a couple of days on the internet not finding anything at all as I specifically wanted a really nice hotel with a good kids club. I finally thought about teletext holidays and saw a holiday that could have worked.  When I called Purple Travel, Natasha was so lovely and helpful.  Unfortunately the holiday I was enquiring about had gone and Natasha told me not to worry and that she would definitely be able to find us a holiday.  She was so patient and kind, she also asked if I had heard of Mitsis group and in particular the Blue Domes hotel in Kos as she said that she had no complaints from families who have been there.
 
My actual preference of hotel is the Jumeirah group on the beach in Dubai and we hadn't tried a European hotel since the children were born (other than some UK ones and Eurodisney).  As it was such short notice  and the eid holidays Dubai was out.  Natasha got it spot on with the Blue Domes as I was very wary about what to expect and we have never done an all inclusive holiday before.  The hotel was amazing to look at, the grounds were immaculate. Natasha kindly asked for an upgrade for us and the receptionist acknowledged this when we arrived and we were given a very spacious room for the four of us which was just wonderful.  The staff at the hotel from reception to catering to cleaners and kids club were all really friendly and helpful we were impressed with the whole thing.  The transfers were seamless and my husband went to meet the rep one day and said he was good.
 
I just want to say what a great travel agent I found Natasha to be, she listened to me, knew what would suit out requirements, recommended and I just felt she went the extra mile for us.  We received all of the documents within an hour or so which was also very impressive. We will definitely be recommending Purple Travel to our friends and family.
 
We had a wonderful last minute holiday and it was just what we all needed.
