Thank you Mary for recommending Pantheon Hotel, Rethymnon to us. The newly refurbished rooms are superb and the staff delightful. You were spot on about this hotel.
Air conditioning costs 4€,per day, payable only in cash. As we arrived after midnight at Chania, Holiday Autos charge a late arrival fee of 24€, payable in cash only. Please make your clients aware of this as it could cause problems. We also feel that it is important to raise the air conditioning situation to clients. If you arrive after 10 pm, you won't be able to get ac sorted until the next morning. The all inclusive bar, only serves weak lager, on tap rose or white wine, soft fizzy drinks, raki, ouzo and brandy. Very limited and the bar closes at 11pm sharp. Also, there is no sea view and the artists impression of the hotel is misleading. There is no pool side bar open and high trees grow all around the pool. The staff where delightful. The excursion company they use is superb. All together, a very very good choice.
Mary and staff at purple should be extremely proud of the excellent service they provide.
We went to Menorca in June never been with Purple before everything went like clockwork hotel was great flights spot on purple did everything they said they would do

I would like to highly commend your chap Joe who has managed to patiently, kindly and most expertly book two holidays for me and my family. The holiday booking process has only been made easier by Joe who has done his upmost and bent over backwards to ensure that I get and pay for what I wanted out of both holidays and I feel that Joe has also gone more than the extra mile for us.
I wanted you to know that I have never had such good service or been kept in touch so much as I have with Joe. He always replies promptly to my emails and really has worked hard on our behalf to ensure that requests are met and that I know what I am doing with all the paperwork.
I hope that you know he is the best member of Purple Travel I have ever spoken to and I have booked holidays with you in the past. I wish Joe had helped me then as well!
All I wanted to say was that I hope Joe does get acknowledged for all of his hard work and that you do recognise that you have a superb character on your team. I wish him every success in the future and would highly recommend a payrise or indeed a paid for holiday for this man!
