I wanted to prop you a line as I understand that you supervise a lady called Roxanne. People are always quick to moan but no so fast to say well done and thanks. I encountered some problems paying for my honeymoon as I had my account drained by someone in Nigeria fraudulently. I spoke to a few people at your company and then I had the pleasure of being assisted by Roxanne. She took time to listen to my problems, helped in terms of giving me some time to try and rescue the situation and the manner in which I was treated was professional and simply first class. I would really like to take this opportunity to compliment Purple Travel on the efficient way my booking was handled.   
From my first phone call, to receiving my documentation, the customer service received was second to none.

My booking was taken over the phone as a result of a Travelzoo offer and I think the name of the lady who took it is named Gemma.  She was so pleasant and helpful, and when she said that she would call me back she did.  

We had a fantastic holiday and the hotel was superb, I would highly recommend and will definitely being going back.  We couldn't find fault with it in anyway.  It's our 5th time to Lanzarote and by far the most superior hotel we have stayed in.
