I have been looking at several different holiday options recently, and I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your call taker Mary. She has been absolutely fantastic going over and beyond what is required of her, and if you provide any sort of recognition or award for great workers then Mary should without a doubt receive this! Thanks to her I wouldnt hesitate to use yourselves again, a true asset to the team.
