I called the admin department today after wondering if my holiday booking had gone through correctly. I have spoken to Sean 3 times today and he talked me through my booking on all these occasions, he was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He dealt with all my enquires with an efficient and friendly manner. I would just like to say a big thank you to Sean.
