There were some problems with the hotel, but it was sorted quickly and I found the lady I dealt with on the phone was very friendly. So overall it wasn't bad.

I cannot fault the service I received, I booked my holiday in January I was able to make payments whenever I wanted, until paid. I went to Crete in June and had a lovely holiday. I would book with purple again and would also recommend them.

Would highly recommend Purple Travel just back from 10 nights in Costa Del Sol and everything was excellent, our flight was diverted to Seville as Malaga was fog bound and have to admit we did panic slightly as we thought that we would have to make our own way to hotel which is 2 1/2 hours away but transfer was sorted with very little hanging around. The cost of the holiday was much cheaper than quoted by other operators and we booked just 2 days beforehand so was very last minute but from start to finish was excellent will definately be booking our holiday for next year with this Company. Well done and keep up the good work if only there were more like you.

For my first time with using teletext for our first holiday in 20 years on our own, i have been extremely disappointed with the whole experience!! No transfer arrived and We even had to change hotels.

Can I pass on that she was exceptionally professional and made the whole experience of booking a group holiday over the phone very easy. Thanks Chris.
